Agreement to terms
By accessing or using OriginCrest Behavioral Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Course access and licensing
When you enroll, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal or organizational training according to your plan. Redistributing or publicly posting course materials is prohibited without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, probe, or circumvent security or access non-public areas.
- Do not use content to build deceptive or manipulative experiences.
- Do not infringe intellectual property or violate applicable laws.
Payments, refunds, and cohorts
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds for self-paced courses are available within 7 days if less than 20% is completed. Cohort seats may be transferred subject to availability. Taxes may apply.

Courses and content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and ethical standards.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriginCrest Behavioral Lab and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OriginCrest Behavioral Lab from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by OriginCrest Behavioral Lab or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
Changes to services
We may modify or discontinue features. Material changes will be communicated where feasible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of laws rules, unless superseded by mandatory consumer protection law.
